Ethanol tender for 2026-27 excludes sugar-based feedstocks and cuts maize price
Oil marketing companies have dropped sugarcane juice, sugar syrup and B-heavy molasses from the 2026-27 ethanol tender, citing a government direction, and lowered the maize ethanol price by 3 rupees per litre.
