Supreme Court issues notice on plea against removal of Jantar Mantar as Delhi protest site
A bench of Chief Justice Surya Kant and Justice Joymalya Bagchi said on October 15 it would examine whether the authorities considered the site's use and efficacy before de-notifying it. It did not order the site restored.
