Frankfurt (Oder): police investigate ten suspects aged 13 to 15 over filmed assault on a 14-year-old outside a school
The boy was beaten and kicked, including in the head, outside a secondary school on October 14. Reports based on police information give the suspects' nationalities as German, Polish, Russian and Syrian; Brandenburg ministers have raised residence-law consequences.
